Job summary

NTUC LearningHub is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead finance-related application modules, including billing, refunds, and SAP integration. You will collaborate with Finance users, vendor BAs, and SAP teams to validate requirements, sign-off on specifications, and ensure data readiness for testing and operations.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong problem-solving, and cross-team coordination in a Singapore-based, hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Review and validate business requirements, functional specifications, interface specs, and related documentation.
• Assess vendor deliverables to ensure completeness and alignment with business processes before sign-off.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect triage, root-cause analysis, and timely closure of issues arising from testing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact for all finance-related application modules (billing, refunds, rebilling, invoice posting to SAP, reconciliation).
• Coordinate with vendor functional BAs, testing teams, SAP integration vendors, Finance users, and internal stakeholders.
• Review requirements, specifications, interfaces, and solution docs; validate accuracy and alignment with processes.
• Drive resolution of defects by coordinating across application vendor, SAP vendor, parent SAP team, Finance users, and testing teams.
• Coordinate and set up finance-related master data (charge codes, cost centers, profit centers) with Finance users; ensure data readiness for testing and migration.
• Identify and resolve functional gaps, dependencies, and process conflicts; facilitate discussions and timely decisions.
• Attend to sign-off processes with business users and ensure end-to-end coverage of finance-related changes.
