VITAL, a department under the Ministry of Finance in Singapore, seeks a Senior Executive/Executive to manage Finance Services for public service partners. You will handle AP/AR, GL reporting, tax filing, and audit support, while contributing to process improvements and system enhancements.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of relevant experience, a degree in Accountancy/Finance/Business Administration, and strong IT proficiency.

Competenze

• 2 years of Accounts or Finance experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration advised.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Process daily Accounts Payable and vendor records.
• Issue billings and monitor payments; prepare aging reports.
• Post transactions to correct accounts and perform month/year-end closings.
