Job summary

Singapore Airlines Limited is seeking an Associate Finance & Resource Management on a 2-year contract to support the IT Finance team within the Information Technology Division. The role focuses on finance, HR and admin support, including data entry of invoices via Adobe e-sign and SAP R8P for payment verifiers, CV screening, interview coordination and testing, and process feasibility reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP R8P is an advantage.
• Ability to manage confidential data professionally and discreetly.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (e.g. Excel formulas) is preferred.
• Good administrative and organising skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Finance: data entry of invoices via Adobe e-sign and send to verifiers for verification.
• Finance: data entry of invoices in SAP R8P for payment approvers to approve.
• HR & Admin Support: screening IT positions’ CVs and arranging interviews/tests.
• Test and evaluate feasibility of HR or Finance processes for potential implementation.
• Adhoc Admin/Finance/HR duties as required.
