Job summary

Changi Airport Group is seeking a driven Finance Manager to lead the Enterprise Performance – Financial Reporting Team, overseeing the full spectrum of financial reporting and providing technical accounting advisory across the organisation.

You will drive data-driven insights for business performance management, and partner with divisions to support strategic decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent; CA/CPA required.
• ≥8 years of experience, including ≥3 years with Big 4 or large professional services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Highly organized, proactive, agile with ownership.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore financial reporting standards.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes.
• Ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards and internal controls.
• Present financial results and insights to management.
• Lead statutory audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Provide technical accounting advisory and implement new standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to account for complex transactions.
• Drive automation and digital solutions in close and reporting.
• Lead, inspire and coach the team to high performance.
