Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the full set of accounts at the Pandan Loop location. You will ensure accurate financial records and support monthly closings.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements, budgets and forecasts, and management reports while ensuring IFRS and Singapore tax compliance. Coordinate audits and drive ERP improvements.

Qualifications

• ACCA or an equivalent recognized professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a full Accountant role with responsibilities in general ledger, financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Singapore tax regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong skills in data analysis, financial reporting and spreadsheet management.
• Experience with ERP/ accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the full set of accounts including the general ledger and accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, management reports and sustainability-related reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to facilitate business planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and statutory requirements; support tax submissions.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain internal controls, identify financial and operational risks and support risk management measures.
• Oversee inventory accounting and stock counts, investigate discrepancies and ensure inventory records accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls and reporting; support ERP/accounting system optimization and automation.
