Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd, deployed to Novena, Singapore, is hiring for a finance-focused role covering budgeting, forecasting and reporting. You will assist in preparing the annual budget, develop regular forecasts and produce management reports for decision-making.

The position involves 4 months contract, salary up to SGD 5,000/month, and office hours, 5 days a week. Ideal for candidates with 2–4 years FP&A experience and a degree in Accountancy/Finance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration (major in Accountancy/Finance) or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial planning, management reporting or audit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Good teamwork, integrity and sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or other data analytics tools will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Budget Planning, Forecasting & Reporting: Assist in preparing the institution's annual budget and regular financial forecasts.
• Budget Planning, Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare financial reports and financial information for management review and decision-making.
• Budget Planning, Forecasting & Reporting: Support variance analysis by comparing actual performance against budget and forecasts.
• Capital Investment & Business Projects: Support digital transformation projects by providing financial analysis and review.
• Capital Investment & Business Projects: Evaluate business cases and projects from a financial perspective, including identifying potential risks and opportunities.
• Governance & Process Improvement: Review internal finance processes, systems, policies and procedures.
• Governance & Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to strengthen controls and minimise business risks.
• Governance & Process Improvement: Collaborate with different departments to drive process improvements and optimisation.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships and ensure alignment with the institution's strategic objectives.
