Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in accounting/finance or business administration.
• 2+ years in finance operations or government/agency context preferred.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, payments, reconciliation and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end finance operations for Halal Development cluster, including invoicing, payments, refunds and reconciliations.
• Support monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and contract management.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendor processes to ensure compliance with government requirements.
• Prepare financial returns and reports for authorities as required.
• Collaborate across units to ensure accurate financial governance and sound controls.
