Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Operational Executive (General Ledger) in Singapore to support day-to-day financial operations and the preparation of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close entries.

You will perform balance sheet reconciliations, ensure IFRS-compliant records, assist audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet reporting deadlines. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance is required with 2–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Strong general ledger accounting knowledge.
• Familiarity with IFRS reporting standards.
• Understanding of internal controls and SOX/ICFR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day financial operations of assigned processes and entities.
• Prepare accurate accounting entries for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure records comply with policies and IFRS.
• Assist in statutory audits and maintain compliance with internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate recording of transactions and timeliness of reporting.
• Handle ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
