RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Finance Executive focused on General Ledger and Financial Reporting. You will support daily accounting, month-end close, and the preparation of financial reporting packages, collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.

This role offers exposure to audit coordination, GST/compliance tasks, and opportunities to drive process improvements in a structured corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in accounting/finance or related field.
• Experience in general ledger, financial reporting, or accounting operations.
• Strong understanding of month-end closing and reconciliation processes.
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily accounting activities, month-end and year-end closing.
• Review accuracy of financial records, balance sheet accounts, and reporting deliverables.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end audit schedules and reports.
• Review internal charge requests, reclassification entries, and accounting adjustments.
• Perform bank reconciliation reviews and follow up on reconciling items.
• Coordinate with auditors on audit-related matters and tax advisors on GST.
• Collaborate with Grants and Intercompany General Ledger teams to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and handle ad hoc projects.
