PERSOL is seeking a highly motivated finance professional to support the Finance team in day-to-day operations and key transformation initiatives in Singapore. You will focus on fixed asset accounting, maintaining asset master records and the fixed asset register, and supporting ERP migrations and EPM programmes to drive data accuracy and process improvements.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance professional to support the Finance team in both day-to-day operations and key finance transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will play an integral role in fixed asset accounting, finance operations, and the implementation of strategic finance systems, including the ERP migration and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) programme.
Support fixed asset accounting processes, including the timely capitalisation of completed projects, creation and maintenance of WBS elements and asset master records, and upkeep of the fixed asset register.
Conduct fixed asset verification and sighting exercises, maintain supporting documentation, and assist with asset transfers, disposals, and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of asset records.
Partner with business units on fixed asset matters by providing guidance on capitalisation requirements and ensuring compliance with the Company's accounting policies and relevant SFRS(I) standards.
Support end-to-end data migration activities for the ERP and EPM implementations, including data extraction, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completion.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing and executing test scenarios, documenting outcomes, tracking issues, and collaborating with system vendors to ensure timely resolution and successful implementation.
Review accounts payable transactions and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and approval workflows.
Assist in the preparation and review of monthly shareholder reporting packages, including the compilation of financial information, reconciliations, variance analysis, and timely submission of reports.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline, with 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
Proven experience in fixed asset management, including asset capitalisation, maintenance of fixed asset registers, and fixed asset verification exercises.
Strong working knowledge of SAP is required.
Experience in ERP implementations, system migrations, or finance transformation initiatives, with hands‑on involvement in data migration, data validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), will be highly advantageous.
