Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent are advantageous.
• 5–7 years of relevant finance and accounting experience in regulated industries.
• Experience supervising or people management preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Experience with financial close processes and audits.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations with accurate records and timely processing.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes with variance analysis and management reporting.
• Prepare and review financial reports to support management decisions.
• Collaborate with business and operational teams to assess financial implications.
• Support audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance reviews.
