Job summary

IPOS International in Singapore seeks a Finance professional to support month-end closing, financial operations, and reporting. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate accounting, grant budgeting, and timely management reports.

You will develop dashboards and visualisations to translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership, while coordinating with auditors and ensuring compliance with deadlines.

Qualifications

• Background in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in financial operations, closing and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with dashboards or data visualization tools; WorkDay experience is a plus.
• Energy, curiosity and ambition to contribute to an innovation agency.
• Proactive and resilient mindset with ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently.
• Meticulous with accountability and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support day-to-day financial operations: billing, accounts payable and staff claims.
• Prepare timely financial reports for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain grant expenditure records and monitor budget utilisation.
• Develop dashboards and data visualisations for management reporting.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, address audit queries.
• Perform ad-hoc finance-related duties and projects.
