Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations and management reports.
• Handle day-to-day financial operations: billing, accounts payable and staff claims.
• Prepare timely financial reports and statistics for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain grant expenditure records and monitor budget utilisation.
• Develop dashboards and data visualisations for management reporting and decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors on audit requests and findings.
