Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Manager in Southeast Asia Consulting to lead finance operations, deliver insights on aged WIP and receivables, and ensure timely billing and payment processing.

You will review monthly reporting, prepare management reports with KPI insights, manage cash flow projections, and collaborate with stakeholders on accounting and tax advisory while ensuring GST and statutory compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree/ACCA or any other professional accounting qualification desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• 6–8 years of experience in statutory & management/finance business partnering.
• Experience in managing offshore accounting team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Meticulous, organized with numerical aptitude.
• Analytical, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead in finance operations including analysis on aged WIP and receivables to drive timely billing, collections, and timely invoice approval and payment processing.
• Review the monthly financial reporting pack and provide insights on performance/KPIs.
• Prepare the management report for monitoring financial performance and provide insights for management decisions.
• Manage cashflow projections and update management weekly on receipts and payments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide accounting practice and tax advice.
• Ensure all corporate, statutory/government reporting requirements are compiled timely.
• Responsible for GST and tax compliance including GST filings, withholding tax, and yearly tax filings.
• Produce periodic and on-demand management information.
• Work on special projects to set up necessary support infrastructure and change for the practice.
• Act as focal point for accounting matters with internal and external stakeholders including shared services, HQ finance, Tax, banks, auditors, regulators.
• Handle adhoc projects as assigned.
