Surbana Jurong Consultants Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Finance Manager (Finance Operations & Controllership) to manage month-end/year-end closings, forecasting, and budgeting.

You will lead daily accounting operations, coordinate audits, and ensure policy compliance across multiple cost centres and regional teams, while enabling accurate financial insights for decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; professional accounting certification preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, incl. 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• External audit experience is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations and compliance.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, esp. Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing and statutory reporting.
• Review intercompany reconciliations and balance integrity.
• Manage daily accounting operations and process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders on financial policy compliance.
• Liaise with shared services on period closing, collections, and payments.
• Coordinate statutory audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Maintain compliance of financial records with corporate/regulatory requirements.
• Handle tax matters including GST and corporate tax filings.
• Prepare cashflow forecasts and monthly cost centre reports.
• Assist in allocating corporate/IT costs and quarterly true-ups.
