Job summary

THE ATELIER & CO HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a finance and operations manager to drive accurate accounting, cost control, regulatory compliance, HR, and operational excellence to support growth.

You will lead full sets of accounts, oversee invoicing, GST filings, annual tax prep, inventory, procurement and logistics, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 3–5 years in finance and operations, and

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance (a must).
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in finance and operations management.

• Prepare full sets of accounts with accurate financial records.
• Control costs and oversee invoicing to optimize performance.
• Prepare and file GST returns and annual tax filings.
• HR management to support team effectiveness and compliance.
• Oversee procurement, logistics and inventory to ensure smooth workflows.

• Prepare full sets of accounts to ensure accurate and timely financial records
• Control costs and oversee invoicing processes to optimize financial performance
• Prepare and file GST returns in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate annual tax preparation and filings to meet statutory deadlines
• HR management functions to support team effectiveness and compliance
• Execute operations fulfillment, procurement, and logistics to maintain smooth workflows
• Manage inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and availability
• Supervise retail operations to enhance customer experience and sales performance
• Apply analytical skills to identify financial and operational improvements
• Utilize technology tools to streamline finance and operations processes
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Uphold high integrity and strong work ethics in all responsibilities

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance (a must)
