Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
• Background in Accounts Receivable desirable.
• More than 3 years in Finance Operations.
• Experience in insurance environment an advantage.
• Experience handling volume transactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process premium and claim payments and monitor direct transactions in the workflow system.
• Liaise with Underwriters, Brokers and senior management to ensure timely booking of policies.
• Process claims, premium refunds and commissions; manage premium escalation process.
• Support month-end closing activities and prepare operational reports within deadlines.
• Participate in process improvement projects to enhance Finance Operations efficiency.
