Job summary

The CAP Consulting Group Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Finance & Operations Senior Associate – Corporate Accounting on a 6 to 9 months contract, starting around January 2027, to cover maternity leave for a private equity client. The role reports to the Associate Director, Finance and involves reporting, consolidation, and daily accounting tasks for the management company.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance/ACCA/CA with 5 to 10 years of accounting experience.
• Exposure to asset management/PE/financial services is a plus.
• Organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous and able to work independently with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Aptitude in standard software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Oracle experience is a plus.
• Able to commit to a 6 to 9 months contract starting around 5 Jan 2027.

Responsibilities

• Handle activities for the management company, including payments, accounting, audit, tax (local and GST), statutory, and budgeting.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and analysis for senior management.
• Support Group-level reporting matters, including consolidation and financial & management reporting.
• Handle accounts receivable, issue invoices and track receipts.
• Manage fixed assets with cost tracking and GL reconciliation.
• Support treasury and banking matters, including cash management and bank admin.
• Coordinate with business units and external parties for regular reporting and deadlines.
• Assist in preparation of periodic deliverables for compliance and ad hoc reporting to authorities.
