Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd in Labrador Park is seeking an entry to mid-level Finance Assistant to handle AP/AR operations and assist with month-end closing and reporting.

The role requires a diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field, with 1 year of AP/AR experience and strong Excel skills. Familiarity with Workday Financials and ERP systems is a plus. 1-year contract; working hours typical Singapore schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum a diploma in Accounting/ Finance or any related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AP/AR would be an advantage.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Workday Financials is a plus.

• Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, audit requirements and GST regulations.
• Liaise with vendors, billing parties and internal teams on payment and accounting matters.
• Support finance projects involving automation, process improvements and data analytics.
• Perform other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned.

• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)


• Salary:$2,760 per month


• Duration: 1 Year
