Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Finance (Order-to-Cash) Intern to join the O2C Team and gain exposure to end-to-end credit, collections and receivables processes within a leading professional services firm. You will document processes, build dashboards, and support banking and data entry tasks.

You will learn from experienced finance practitioners, develop technical skills in data analytics and automation, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives while growing your accounting foundation.

Qualifications

• Accountancy or Finance students from local or overseas universities.
• Students from adjacent disciplines (e.g., Business, Economics) with a strong demonstrated interest in finance and accounting are welcome.
• Keen to develop yourself in the profession and take ownership of your learning journey.

Responsibilities

• Document key processes. Capture and refine the process flow for Credit Control and Collections.
• Build statistical reports and dashboards (data analytics) for Credit Control decisions.
• Assist with banking of cheques and related data entry for accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform data entry for Telegraphic Transfers (TT) and cheques; maintain clean records.
• Support client documentation (Official Receipts and Statements of Accounts).
• Get involved in ad-hoc projects and automation initiatives.
• Use digital finance tools, data analytics and AI-enabled platforms to enhance Order-to-Cash work.
• Be coached by experienced finance practitioners and access PwC's learning environment.
