Finance Manager - Strategic Analytics & Budgeting

Job description

• Engage clinical departments to analyze financials, assess viability of projects, modelling and adequacy of funding approaches
• Produce visually impactful and insightful departmental reports which include productivity, KPIs, projections and other financial analysis
• Participate in annual budget and projection cycles, work with departments to understand opportunities and risks and develop improvement plans
• Be the institutional lead in the implementation of finance initiatives from MOH.
• Ensure prompt and accurate reporting to ministries for grants and claims and internal financial reports, which includes tracking, submission and reconciliation of claims.
• Support internal cost allocations and other reporting processes
• Deliver continuous process improvements
• Train and develop junior members of the team
