Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a finance professional in Singapore to manage hospital service and drug costing within the National Billing System. You will perform costing, benchmarking, and cost rebase activities to support Value Driven Outcomes.

The role requires strong data analysis, stakeholder engagement across departments, and experience with healthcare cost management and reporting tools like Excel, VBA, Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or finance
• Energetic business partner capable of engaging multi-disciplinary stakeholders
• Proven track record in managing and processing large volumes of data
• Business friendly and able to distill key messages from data analysis
• Experience in healthcare sector, decision support, change management, activity-based costing
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Excel advanced, VBA Macros, PowerPoint and Word
• Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the entire suite of the hospitalsservice and drug codes, as well as pricing conditions in National Billing System
• Perform costing of the hospitals services and drugs to meet the requirements of National Costing Exercise via MOHH Costing Systems
• Support the cost rebase for Value Driven Outcome purposes.
• Perform regular fee and cost benchmarking across the industry to guide departments on efficiency opportunities
• Interpret policies and guidelines from Ministry of Health (MOH) and work closely with the departments to implement the policies both operationally and in the respective systems
• Maintain the integrity of cost of service codes in the respective finance systems
