Job summary

GTS Consulting is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Singapore to lead the financial control module, oversee processes, and ensure tax compliance under local regulations. The role requires coordinating with auditors, maintaining records, and driving cross‑department financial improvements.

We welcome candidates with 3+ years of full‑time accounting experience, familiarity with SFRS, and Mandarin/English fluency to facilitate diverse communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, taxation or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full-time accounting experience; familiarity with SFRS and Singapore tax rules.
• ACCA, CPA Australia, ICAEW or similar certifications preferred; local Singapore qualification a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for work communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business process management and optimization; refine control procedures for this module.
• Identify risks, drive early warning, and resolve major risk issues.
• Review key financial checkpoints and guide staff on first-level reviews.
• Monitor operation plan execution; produce analyses and recommend corrective actions.
• Build data framework and metrics; audit key business data and calculations.
• Lead variance analysis and root-cause diagnosis; drive corrective actions to closure.
• Lead cross-department analyses and implement actionable improvements.
• Oversee accounting and tax management; standardize booking and tax treatment.
• Ensure IRAS compliance across corporate tax, GST, filings, and audits.
• Assist external auditors with required documents and explanations; ensure statutory compliance.
• Organize and maintain accounting archives and source documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business process management and optimization; establish and refine management systems and control procedures for this module.
• Organize risk identification and assessment, and drive early warning and resolution of major risk issues.
• Review and sign off on key financial checkpoints within business processes; guide staff in conducting first-level reviews.
• Oversee monitoring of operational plan execution, regularly produce operational analysis reports, and propose corrective actions.
• Build the business control data framework and metric definitions; organize review and validation of key business data.
• Lead variance analysis and root-cause diagnosis, and drive issues through to full resolution.
• Lead thematic business analyses for this module, developing actionable management recommendations and improvement plans, and drive cross-departmental implementation.
• Oversee accounting and tax management for this module's business; standardize booking procedures and tax treatment standards. Review key accounting and tax matters to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain strong familiarity with IRAS (Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore) regulations, including corporate income tax filing (Form C-S/C), GST filing, corporate/ACRA filings, and annual tax audits. Track the latest changes in Singapore tax law to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Support external auditors during the annual statutory audit by providing required documentation and explanations, ensuring financial records comply with the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA requirements.
• Organize and maintain accounting archives and source documents.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related financial discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of full-time accounting experience; experience working in Singapore or at a multinational company preferred. Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations required.
• Certifications: ACCA, CPA Australia, ICAEW, or other internationally recognized qualifications preferred; local Singapore accounting qualification is a plus.
• Language: Fluent in both Mandarin and English for work communication.
• Other: Company cannot sponsor work visa. So candidate must have the right to work in Singapore.

1、 统筹业务流程管理与优化，制定并完善本模块业务管理制度与控制规则；组织风险识别与评估，推动重大风险事项的预警与处置；
2、 负责业务流程关键财务节点的复核与把关，指导专员开展初审；统筹运营计划的执行监控，定期出具运营分析报告并提出纠偏建议；
3、 建立业务控制数据体系与指标口径，组织对关键业务数据的审核与校验；主导差异分析与根因诊断，推动整改闭环；
4、 牵头组织开展本模块业务专题分析，形成可落地的管理建议与优化方案，并推动跨部门实施；
5、 统筹本模块业务核算与税务管理，规范入账流程与税务处理标准；审核关键账务与税务事项，确保合规性与准确性。
6、 熟悉新加坡税务局（IRAS）的规定，负责包括企业所得税（Form C-S/C）、消费税（GST）申报、工商申报、年度税务审计等，跟踪最新的新加坡税法变化，确保公司税务合规。
7、 协助外部审计师进行年度法定审计，提供所需资料及解释，确保财务记录符合新加坡公司法（Companies Act）及ACRA的要求。
8、 整理和保管会计档案及原始单据。
1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，会计、财务管理、税务、金融等财务相关专业；
2、工作经验：3年以上全职会计工作经验，有在新加坡或跨国企业工作经验者优先，熟悉新加坡会计准则（SFRS）及税务法规；
3、职业证书：拥有ACCA、CPA Australia、ICAEW等国际认可证书或新加坡本地会计资格者优先。
