Job summary

YSQ International Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA Finance/FICO consultant to support the implementation and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA. You will map requirements, collaborate with finance and operations, and coordinate with external consultants and technical teams to assess impacts on workflows, data, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA Finance or FICO experience, plus 2+ years in Material Management, and hands-on end-to-end implementation exposure.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or SAP FICO Consultant
• At least 2 years experience in Material Management Module
• End-to-end SAP implementation experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

About the role

Support the finance team in implementation and maintenance of SAP S/4 HANA. Diagnose current ERP system setup and map out requirements required to transition to SAP. Work closely with internal stakeholders (finance and operation teams), external consultants and technical teams to evaluate how system changes will affect workflow, data, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend changes based on evaluations and input from stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into best-fit SAP solutions
• Work in collaboration with finance and technical teams through the SAP implementation cycle
• Conduct thorough training for end-users on newly implemented processes or solutions
• Facilitate regular meetings with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to track progress and resolve issues
• Streamline business processes using SAP S/4HANA Finance to enhance operational efficiency
• Perform routine problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, resolution, and testing on SAP S/4HANA system
• Ensure adherence to best practices for system security and promote data integrity

About you

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, finance, IT, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an SAP S/4HANA Finance and/or SAP FICO Consultant
• At least 2 years experience in Material Management Module
• End to end system implementation experience
• Expertise and hands-on system configuration, testing, user support, and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying issues and proposing solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
