Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Finance & Admin Head to manage the overall finance, HR and administrative functions for the Singapore entity. The role also provides supervisory oversight of finance operations for Malaysia and Vietnam branches, each supported by their own local accountant.

The position reports to the Local General Manager, Service Division Controller and Group CFO, with responsibilities spanning financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, HR administration and group compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Finance & Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance.
• Dynamic, resourceful and able to work independently under pressure.
• High integrity and strong business ethics.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall finance, HR and administrative functions for the Singapore entity.
• Provide supervisory oversight of finance operations for Malaysia and Vietnam branches.
• Oversee monthly/annual reporting to Head Office and statutory audits.
• Handle payroll, HR administration and compliance with group procedures.
• Coordinate budgeting, planning and stock-take processes.
• Liaise with local accountant and report to Local GM, Service Division Controller and Group CFO.

Location: Singapore (Jurong area)

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm

Role Summary:

Manage the overall finance, HR and administrative functions for the Singapore entity, while providing supervisory oversight of finance operations for the Malaysia and Vietnam branches, each supported by their own local accountant. Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly/annual financial reporting and analysis to Head Office
• Sales, budget, and cash flow reporting and monitoring
• AR/AP management, annual stock-take, year-end statutory audit
• Annual financial planning and budgeting
• Payroll and HR administration
• General office administration and compliance with Group procedures
• Oversight of Malaysia (Johor) and Vietnam branch finance/accounting

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Finance & Accounting
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
• Dynamic, resourceful, results-oriented; hands-on and able to work independently under pressure
