Job summary

TALENT TRACE PTE. LTD. is partnering with a well-known MNC to hire a Finance Manager for its Singapore office. You will lead a team of 4 finance professionals, oversee full accounts, month-end and year-end close for Singapore entities and a Saudi subsidiary.

You will ensure compliance with Singapore FRS/IFRS, GST and corporate tax, liaise with external auditors, and provide financial insights to support business operations across borders. A regional focus with cross-border responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS, GST and corporate tax.
• Proven experience managing a regional or multinational finance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4 finance professionals with coaching and performance management.
• Manage full set of accounts and month-end/year-end close for Singapore entities and Saudi subsidiary.
• Review journal entries and audit schedules for compliance with Singapore FRS/IFRS.
• Oversee financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the audit process and liaise with external auditors for Singapore entities and Saudi subsidiary.
• Ensure timely GST filings.
• Review corporate tax computations for Singapore entities and liaise with external tax agent.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions.
• Act as finance business partner to Saudi subsidiary with strategic insights.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budget for Saudi subsidiary.
• Support tax computation and transfer pricing documentation for Saudi subsidiary.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks such as government surveys and management reports.

Job description

We are partnered with a well-known MNC in search for a Finance Manager for their office in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4 finance professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management
• Manage the full set of accounts and ensure timely, accurate month-end and year-end closing for the Singapore entities and the Saudi subsidiary
• Review journal entries and audit schedules to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial records in compliance with Singapore FRS/IFRS
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Lead the audit process and serve as the key liaison with external auditors for the Singapore entities and Saudi subsidiary
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST filings
• Review corporate tax computations for the Singapore entities and liaise with the external tax agent
• Support transfer pricing documentation and ensure proper handling of intercompany transactions
• Act as a key finance business partner to the Saudi subsidiary, delivering financial insights and guidance to support business operations while ensuring compliance with established SOPs, internal policies, and the control framework
• Prepare and present monthly forecasts and the yearly budget for the Saudi subsidiary
• Prepare and support tax computation and transfer pricing documentation for the Saudi subsidiary
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned, including government surveys and management reports

Key Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, ideally within a regional or multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS, GST, and corporate tax
• Experience with audit and tax compliance across multiple entities
• Experience handling cross-border operations, ideally involving the Middle East
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Proven experience managing a team
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
