Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or higher; ACCA/CPA qualifications are a plus.
• At least 4–6 years of relevant experience (manufacturing sector preferred).
• Hands-on experience with full set of accounts.
• Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records accurately and ensure timely monthly closings.
• Supervise accounting staff and financial operations.
• Review, analyze and report on financial results.
• Manage full set of accounting and finance responsibilities.
• Review journal entries, AR/AP ageing and stock ageing.
• Perform cash flow forecasting.
• Coordinate external audits and prepare audit schedules with auditors.
• Assess and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal control guidelines per standards and taxation.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments from Finance Manager or CFO.
