Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced FP&A leader to manage month-end close, budgeting, and financial planning for the Group. You will partner with business units, prepare rolling forecasts, and drive strategic financial analysis.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FP&A with leadership experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in Oracle NetSuite/Sage 300/Power BI. You will engage senior stakeholders and contribute to finance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive FP&A experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong experience with financial systems and reporting tools such as Oracle NetSuite, Sage 300, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Demonstrated commitment to process improvement and finance transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and financial reporting with in-depth analysis of variances.
• Partner with business units by providing timely performance reports, analysis, and rolling forecasts.
• Coordinate annual budgeting templates and process with Group Directors and Heads of Centre.
• Evaluate business cases, capital investments, and strategic initiatives with senior finance leadership.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and leverage technology for efficiency and scalability.
• Coordinate surplus fund management and cash flow projections for treasury operations.
• Serve as Secretariat to the Finance Investment Committee with governance support.
