Job summary

VISION MANPOWER PTE LTD. is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the accounting team, ensure statutory financial compliance, and deliver strategic FP&A insights. You will collaborate closely with commercial teams to support decision-making and drive business growth.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in finance and accounting, with team management experience, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. FMCG or distribution/manufacturing sector exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with demonstrated team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in the FMCG or distribution/manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting team to manage full sets of accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Oversee statutory and tax compliance by coordinating with external auditors and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial analyses to inform internal stakeholders and drive decision-making.
