Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd invites an experienced Head of Finance to lead and oversee a full spectrum of finance and accounting operations in Singapore. You will drive accurate reporting, ensure timely month-end close, and manage a complete set of accounts while aligning with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 8 years of finance and accounting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
• Well verse in financial reporting, taxation, treasury management, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems; exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing, including preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, general ledger, and full set of accounts.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial analyses to support business decision-making.
• Develop, review, and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and operational procedures.
• Manage treasury functions, including cash flow planning, banking relationships, foreign exchange exposure, and trade financing activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, GST, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors, bankers, corporate secretaries, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead and mentor the finance team while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Support regional finance activities and consolidation reporting where required.
