Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports and statutory submissions. You will lead annual audits, manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong internal controls.

The role requires 5–8 years in finance, with 1–3 years in supervision, and professional qualifications such as CA/ACCA/CPA being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• Professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent) advantageous.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance with 1–3 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit management, compliance and internal controls.
• Proven people and stakeholder management skills; strong analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and statutory submissions.
• Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, fund transfers, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, taxation, and reporting requirements.
• Review financial transactions, payment vouchers, journals, reconciliations, and financial controls to ensure accuracy and governance.
• Administer government grants, insurance matters, contracts, and procurement-related financial processes.
• Monitor investment portfolios and review proposals from external fund managers.
• Lead and develop the finance team while driving continuous improvements in financial processes and controls.
• Engage and respond to queries from stakeholders, clients, tenants, and service users on financial-related matters.]
