Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE (PERSONNEL) PTE. LTD. is hiring a regional finance leader to oversee the end-to-end finance and accounting function across multiple international entities. The role reports to the CEO and focuses on strengthening controls, governance and strategic financial partnering.

You will manage the regional team, lead consolidated reporting, and partner with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting and performance initiatives in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• CA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• 7+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Experience in managing full-spectrum accounting and finance operations.
• Strong group consolidation experience across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance and accounting across international entities.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end close workflows.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements with accurate multi-entity reporting.
• Mentor and develop a regional finance team of senior professionals.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance and SOPs.

About Our Client

Job Description

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the end-to-end finance and accounting function across multiple international entities
• Managing month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial reporting activities
• Preparing consolidated financial statements and ensuring reporting accuracy across Singapore, India, UK and US operations
• Leading and mentoring a regional finance team comprising senior accounting professionals
• Strengthening financial controls, governance frameworks and standard operating procedures
• Partnering with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis and business performance initiatives
• Managing relationships with external auditors, tax advisers, service providers and key vendors while driving cost optimisation initiatives

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline
• CA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• 7+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience
• Proven experience managing full-spectrum accounting and finance operations
• Strong group consolidation experience across multiple legal entities
• Prior experience leading and developing finance teams
• Experience within a B2B SaaS, enterprise software, fintech or payments environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and advanced Excel skills
• Understanding of multi-country accounting environments, including India operations
• Exposure to audit, financial controls and corporate governance practices
