Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a senior finance leader to oversee the end-to-end finance and accounting function for a fast-growing SaaS business operating across Singapore, India, UK and US. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive month-end, quarterly and year-end close, and consolidate group financials across multiple entities.

You will build and mentor a regional finance team, strengthen controls and governance, and partner with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting and performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• CA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• 7+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Proven experience managing full-spectrum accounting and finance operations.
• Strong group consolidation experience across multiple legal entities.
• Prior experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Experience within a B2B SaaS, enterprise software, fintech or payments environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and advanced Excel skills.
• Understanding of multi-country accounting environments, including India operations.
• Exposure to audit, financial controls and corporate governance practices.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the end-to-end finance and accounting function across multiple international entities


• Managing month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial reporting activities


• Preparing consolidated financial statements and ensuring reporting accuracy across Singapore, India, UK and US operations


• Leading and mentoring a regional finance team comprising senior accounting professionals


• Strengthening financial controls, governance frameworks and standard operating procedures


• Partnering with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis and business performance initiatives


• Managing relationships with external auditors, tax advisers, service providers and key vendors while driving cost optimisation initiatives

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline


• CA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification


• 7+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience


• Proven experience managing full-spectrum accounting and finance operations
