Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA/CA Singapore/CPA/ICAEW or equivalent advantageous.
• At least 5–8 years of relevant accounting/FP&A experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
• Proficiency in applying generative AI at work advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Position Overview

The FP&A & Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, management reporting, report preparation & assist in external audit coordination. The role will work closely with senior management, business unit leaders, external auditors, and professional advisers to strengthen the Company's financial reporting, forecasting, internal controls, and overall finance readiness

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Identify key business drivers, risks, opportunities, and areas of underperformance.
• Assist CFO & Finance Manager in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and reporting packages.
• Improve the quality, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting across the Group.
• Lead or support other ad hoc initiatives and strategic projects as assigned by management or required by the Company

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CA Singapore, CPA, ICAEW or equivalent will be advantageous
