Frontier Healthcare Holdings Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Finance Manager to oversee group financial reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance across multiple entities in the healthcare group. The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing group financial reporting, consolidation, statutory compliance, and finance operations across multiple entities within the healthcare group. This role partners closely with business leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting, support strategic decision-making, and drive process improvements while leading a team of finance professionals.
Preparation of consolidated financial statements at country/group level
Handle monthly closing for 1-2 entities directly, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
Manage and review intercompany eliminations, minority interest, and consolidation adjustments across entities in different business lines
Prepare and review in group reporting, including preparation of management presentation decks
Lead, mentor and develop a team of finance staff, establishing clear performance expectations and ensuring a high standard of financial controls and reporting
Partner with operational and clinical leaders to provide financial insights, support cost management initiatives, and drive business performance
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries during statutory audits
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with SFRS(I) and statutory/regulatory reporting requirements (IRAS, ACRA)
Support acquisition, integration, and finance transformation initiatives, including onboarding newly acquired clinics and standardizing finance processes across the group
Degree in Accountancy/Finance; professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA) preferred
Prior external audit experience is highly preferred
Hands‑on experience preparing group consolidation across multiple entities is a must
Proven people management experience, comfortable leading a team of 4‑5
Strong Excel skills; familiarity with MYOB Acumatica is a plus but not required
Experience in a multi‑entity or healthcare/services group is a plus
Meticulous, deadline‑driven, and able to manage multiple stakeholders across a decentralised group structure
