Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and healthcare compliance standards.
• Hands-on, proactive leader with proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the finance teams in the Surgical Centre and Specialist Clinic Group.
• Maintain full set of accounts and timely financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring activities.
• Manage revenue cycle, billing, claims and collections to optimize cash flow.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic growth and operational decisions.

Job description

We are seeking a highly capableFinance Managerto join us in Singapore. This is a critical leadership role for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment and is passionate about driving financial performance, operational excellence and compliance.

As Finance Manager, you will assume the Head of Finance role for our Healthcare Business units in Singapore. You will manage the core finance functions of the Surgical Centre, which include full set of accounts, revenue cycle management, budgeting & forecasting and internal controls review. You will also provide finance oversight and mentorship to a Finance team in a Specialist Clinic Group. Overall, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring financial integrity across these entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Finance teams in the respective entities
• Maintain full set of accounts in a timely manner (for the Surgical Centre)
• Review the accounts for a Specialist Clinic Group
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and Group requirements
• Track revenue cycle management, including billing, claims, and collections, to optimize cash flow and reduce receivables ageing
• Lead the entities in financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational decisions
• Manage working capital needs and capital expenditure planning
• Develop and maintain robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Liaise with Group, Auditors, Banks, Vendors, and Regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and transparency with Group and regulatory requirements
• Conduct financial risk assessments and support business continuity planning

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred

• 7 - 10 years of experience in accounting knowledge and financial management, ideally within the healthcare sector. Experience in start-ups would be an advantage

• Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to adapt swiftly to changes

• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s financial regulations and healthcare compliance standards

• Willing to be a hands-on person when necessary

• Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to lead financial operations and drive performance improvements
