Job summary

Talent First in Singapore is seeking a Finance Lead to drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. The role oversees accounting, month-end close and financial reporting, while managing cash flow and working capital to support strategic decisions.

You will lead the finance team, ensure strong internal controls and audit readiness, and continually improve processes and systems for greater efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Ability to monitor financial performance, costs and profitability.
• Strong financial reporting and month-end close experience.
