Job summary

BEARING SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Finance Analyst to generate and review financial performance metrics for Private Banking, delivering regular management reporting and performance updates.

You will prepare MIS reports, analyze performance against budgets and forecasts, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop financial projections and long-range plans. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial analysis, management reporting or budgeting within banking/finance.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint with solid analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management is a plus.
• Able to manage stakeholders and translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Generate and review financial performance metrics for Private Banking and provide regular management reporting and performance updates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports, including analysis of actual performance against budgets, forecasts and business targets.
• Collaborate with multi-stakeholders to aid in developing financial projections, yearly budgets and strategic long-range plans.
• Deliver actionable financial analysis and data-driven insights to guide management decisions.
• Prepare management presentations and materials for senior management and business review meetings
• Contribute to process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of Finance and management reporting.
• Participate in annual disclosure preparations, budgeting cycles and special finance projects, which may involve system upgrades or workflow enhancement efforts.

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant Financial analysis/ Management reporting/Performance tracking/Financial Control experience in the banking and finance space.
• Strong experience in financial analysis, management reporting,budgeting and forecasting.
• Private Banking or Wealth Management Finance experience is highly preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
