Job summary

PRUDENTIAL ASSURANCE COMPANY SINGAPORE (PTE) LIMITED is seeking a Financial Reporting professional to ensure accurate IFRS financial statements and compliance with GAAPs and regulatory requirements. You will report to the Financial Reporting Lead and coordinate regional submissions.

Responsibilities include preparing IFRS results, contributing to the annual report, supporting RBC and regulatory initiatives, and guiding new colleagues.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of experience in financial accounting.
• Good understanding of IFRS and regulatory reporting.
• Experience or understanding of the insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

In this role, you will report to Financial Reporting Lead and to provide accurate financial statements of the company and ensure that they are in compliance with the various GAAPs and regulations.

Job Description:

• Involve in business plan process, including preparation and analysis of IFRS results and coordinate the submission to regional office on a timely basis. Involve in IFRS forecast process on regular basis.

• Involve in SCB phase 3 project, mainly for RBC.

• Involve in RBC II Project.

• Preparation of annual reports including review of accounting policies and preparation of financial numbers and ensure timeliness and accuracy of the reports.

• Assist in managing / executing ad-hoc changes in regulatory requirements or current process.

• May provide guidance and support to new colleagues
