Job summary

The Edge Partnership, a high-growth financial technology business in Singapore, seeks an experienced finance leader to own the finance function and guide the company through its next growth phase.

You will oversee financial governance, FP&A, treasury, and transformative finance initiatives while partnering with the CEO on strategic initiatives and investor relations. This is a high-visibility role with senior stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or related discipline with professional qualifications (CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent).
• Approximately 12–15 years of post-qualification finance experience, ideally with Big 4 background and fintech/regulated environments.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end finance functions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong experience in board/institutional reporting and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in transforming finance functions, systems, controls, and scalable reporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance function across multiple entities including reporting, consolidation, audit, taxation, and governance.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership on strategy, financial modelling, and business planning.
• Lead board and senior stakeholder reporting with high-quality management information.
• Lead corporate finance and fundraising activities, due diligence, data room preparation, and investor engagement.
• Drive cost management, cash runway analysis, forecasting, and unit economics.
• Develop scalable finance systems and automate processes; oversee treasury, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team across controllership, FP&A, and operations.
• Support strategic transactions and regional expansion initiatives.
