Job summary

the edge partnership holdings pte. ltd. seeks an experienced Finance Manager (Financial Reporting & FP&A) to oversee group-wide financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management in Singapore.

You will prepare statutory statements, coordinate tax submissions, and liaise with auditors and tax agents while ensuring SGX and MAS compliance. A degree in Accountancy or ACCA, 5–6 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA qualification.
• 5–6 years of relevant accounting or external audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial and management reporting, budgeting, cash flow.
• Experience in real estate or listed company environment is a plus.
• Highly organized with analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial and management reporting for a group of entities, ensuring timely month-end and quarter-end closing.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly analytical reviews, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Lead quarterly forecasts, monthly cash flow projections and annual budgets for planning.
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with standards and local requirements.
• Manage quarterly GST returns and annual tax submissions with tax agents as needed.
• Ensure SGX and MAS reporting compliance; liaise with auditors, trustees and service providers.
• Support ad-hoc finance projects and process improvements.
