Job summary

FGE NexantECA in Singapore and Dubai seeks aSenior Accountant/Finance Manager to own general accounting and finance operations for both entities, with future expansion to a Swiss entity. You will oversee month-end close, payroll, AP and expenses, and statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, supported by an Accounts Executive.

The role requires IFRS/local GAAP knowledge, cross-border experience, and strong leadership as the Group scales through acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent) or equivalent by experience.
• Solid post-qualification experience in general accounting/finance operations with exposure to more than one jurisdiction.
• Working knowledge of Singapore statutory, tax and payroll requirements (ACRA, IRAS, CPF).
• Experience with UAE accounting, tax (including UAE corporate tax) and payroll/WPS is desirable.
• Experience operating within a group/holding company structure, ideally private-equity-backed.
• Prior people management experience or readiness to manage and develop a direct report.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process for Singapore and Dubai, including journals, accruals, prepayments, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
• Review monthly management accounts and reporting packs for Group deadlines.
• Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts for both entities, ensuring consistency with Group policies.
• Assist with integrating Swiss entity finance operations into Group processes.
