Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD invites an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to oversee a two-person finance team and partner with business stakeholders to drive accuracy in financial reporting and robust internal controls.

The role blends day-to-day financial management with strategic business partnering, cost analysis, and ERP-system enhancements to support operations and growth. A hands-on finance leader will mentor staff and deliver insightful analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with accuracy.
• Review journals, accruals, prepayments, intercompany activity, and reconciliations.
• Ensure IFRS/FRS compliance and adherence to accounting policies.
• Coordinate audits and tax compliance with external partners.
• Drive process improvements in controls, costing, and reporting.
