Tri-Cap Consulting Pte. Ltd. leads a high-growth regional infrastructure platform as it builds a new listed REIT. The role focuses on REIT and REIT Manager finance, including financial close, distributions, regulatory and tax reporting, and trustee reporting across multiple entities.

You will supervise the finance team, coordinate with auditors, sponsors, and external advisers, and drive process improvements in closing, reporting and controls as the platform scales toward listing.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent) with 7–10 years' relevant experience.
• Experience in S-REIT or regulated environment; listed reporting and regulatory reporting.
• Hands-on with financial close and regulatory submissions; SGX/MAS familiarity.
• Strong communication, ability to lead, manage deadlines and multi-entity reconciliations.

Responsabilités

• Own the REIT Manager financial close and review accounts of holding companies and SPVs.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across entities.
• Support deal-related transactions and ensure timely processing of payments.
• Lead MASNET regulatory submissions and coordinate tax submissions.
• Manage trustee reporting and ensure compliance calendar delivery.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and forecast comparisons.
• Participate in acquisition-related financial and tax due diligence.
• Supervise assigned team members and coordinate with external stakeholders.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and strong approval controls.
• Continuously improve finance closing, reporting and systems processes.
