TRI-CAP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is partnering with a fast-growing regional infrastructure platform in Singapore preparing for a public listing.

This finance role goes beyond BAU accounting to build the finance and reporting framework for a newly listed platform, collaborating with senior leadership and external stakeholders. The role leads group consolidation and external reporting, including monthly balance sheet, P&L and cash-flow consolidation, eliminations, and REIT metrics.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 7–10 years of relevant experience, ideally within a S-REIT.
• Hands-on in consolidation, external reporting and regulatory reporting.
• Comfortable working across complex multi-entity structures and tight reporting deadlines.
• Familiar with SFRS(I), SGX listing requirements and REIT governance.
• Strong communicator able to engage with management, auditors and external advisers.
• Naturally curious and ready to build processes rather than maintain them.
• Experience reconciling multi-entity data and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead group consolidation and external reporting.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet, P&L and cash-flow consolidation with eliminations and key REIT metrics.
• Coordinate audits, SGX results announcements, and annual report disclosures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, transactions, due diligence and control-readiness initiatives.
• Engage with auditors, trustees, tax advisers and sponsor finance as required.

Job description

An exciting opportunity has opened with a fast-growing regional infrastructure platform that is preparing for the next phase of its growth through a new public listing.

This is not simply a BAU finance role. You will have the opportunity to be involved in building the finance and reporting framework of a newly listed platform, working closely with senior leadership and key external stakeholders as the organisation establishes its reporting, governance and control environment.

The role will take the lead on group consolidation and external reporting, including monthly balance sheet, P&L and cash-flow consolidation, eliminations, variance analysis and key REIT metrics such as NPI, NAV, FFO, DPU/DPS, gearing and interest coverage.

You will also be responsible for management and Board reporting, interim and full-year SFRS(I) financial statements, SGX results announcements, annual-report disclosures and audit coordination, while supporting budgeting, forecasting, transactions, due diligence and control-readiness initiatives.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will be:

• A qualified accountant with approximately 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within aS-REIT.
• Hands-on in consolidation, external reporting and regulatory reporting.
• Comfortable working across complex multi-entity structures and tight reporting deadlines.
• Familiar with SFRS(I), SGX listing requirements and REIT-related governance.
• Resilient and passionate, with the ability to remain composed and solution-oriented in a demanding environment.
• Naturally curious and eager to learn, particularly as the business continues to evolve and establish its listed platform.
• A strong communicator who can work confidently with internal and external stakeholders, management team, auditors, trustees, tax advisers and other external parties.
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and building processes rather than simply maintaining established ones.

The original role specifically requires the ability to reconcile complex multi-entity data, prepare clear papers and disclosures, supervise staff and work confidently with auditors, trustees, advisers and sponsor finance.
