Job summary

Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (LREIT) seeks an Investment Manager / Senior Manager to support the CEO & CFO in sourcing, evaluating and executing investment opportunities in Singapore. The role demands deep experience in real estate and capital markets, with a proven record in REIT transactions, acquisitions, divestments and capital raises.

You will coordinate with advisors and stakeholders to drive strategic deal outcomes.

Qualifications

Degree qualifications in Commerce, Property, Business and/or Applied Finance & investment with 10+ years in real estate investments involving the REIT sector.
Experience completing transactions, partnerships or capital raises in Singapore.
Strong understanding of property investment, corporate finance and REIT regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Originate and execute acquisitions and divestments with front‑end due diligence and feasibility studies.
Prepare investment memos and present to investment committee and board.
Coordinate with financial advisors, underwriters and external valuers on capital raising and transactions.
Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to source opportunities.
