Job summary

Richemont seeks a motivated Accounting Intern to join our Finance team in Singapore. The role focuses on documenting key accounting processes and creating guidance to improve clarity and efficiency across AR, AP, GL, tax, and reporting functions.

You will develop user-friendly Concur guidance, support month-end processes, and assist with data entry, reconciliation, and analysis. This is a hands-on internship with mentorship in a global luxury group.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (debits/credits, financial statements).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and a strong problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Process Documentation: Assist in documenting AR, AP, GL, Tax, and Financial Reporting processes.
• Concur User Guidance: Develop guidance for Concur usage and training materials.
• Ad-hoc Support: Provide finance department support including data entry, reconciliation, and analysis.
