Job summary

Publicis Groupe Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented diploma/degree student to join our Finance team for a hands-on internship. You will contribute to client reconciliations, currency checks, and FX variance analyses while learning our end-to-end financial processes.

You will work with Excel skills (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables) and document findings with clarity, supporting the reconciliation backups. This role offers exposure to global campaigns within Publicis Groupe and a chance to develop

Qualifications

Enrolled in Accounting/Finance/Business with keen interest in finance operations.
Aptitude for basic accounting concepts, AR/AP, debits/credits and currencies.
Proactive learner with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Perform client reconciliations by matching invoices, receipts and financial transactions across multiple currencies.
Validate transaction details and local currency amounts for accuracy.
Identify and analyse FX, timing, and settlement differences.
Investigate and resolve unmatched or outstanding transactions.
Prepare exception reports and highlight discrepancies for Finance review.
Support maintenance of accurate financial records and reconciliation documentation.
