Job summary

Reolink is seeking a Finance Intern / Assistant (Entry or Junior) to support the finance and accounting team in Singapore. You will gain hands‑on experience in financial analysis, reporting, data entry, reconciliation, budgeting support, and process improvements under senior staff guidance.

The role offers exposure to variance analysis, financial statements, and cross‑functional collaboration with treasury, FP&A, and accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Financial data entry & record maintenance: Recording transactions, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Report preparation: Assisting in preparing financial statements, presentations, and reporting packages.
• Financial analysis: Performing variance, trend, and ratio analysis; supporting ad-hoc analysis.
• Budgeting & forecasting support: Gathering data, updating models, and preparing materials for budget meetings.
• Account reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger accounts.
• Audit support: Providing documentation and assisting with internal/external audit preparations.
• Market & industry research: Conducting research on trends and regulations to support planning.
• Process improvement: Assisting in automation, documentation, and optimization of finance processes.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Working with accounting, treasury, FP&A, and other teams.

Overview

• The finance intern or recent graduate who supports a company’s finance or accounting department while gaining practical experience in financial analysis, reporting, and operational processes. You will also assist with financial data entry, report preparation, account reconciliation, budgeting support, and basic financial analysis, working under senior finance staff (Finance Manager, Tax & Treasury Manager) to gain hands‑on experience in accounting, reporting, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ongoing studying for Degree or Degree Holder from any recognized university, internship seeking for 4-6 months or full time role.
