Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance & HR professional to manage full sets of accounts for Singapore and Malaysia entities, including monthly closing and reporting.

You will prepare management accounts, budgets and variance analysis, while monitoring cash flow and statutory compliance. The role covers payroll, HR administration, recruitment coordination and MOM work pass handling, with emphasis on compliance with local laws across both countries.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Professional Certificate or Degree in Finance, HR or related discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in full-set accounting and HR administration.
• Experience managing Singapore and Malaysia entities will be an advantage.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Navision experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for Singapore and Malaysia entities, including monthly closing and management reporting.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, accounts payable and receivable.
• Review branch financial reports and provide support on financial and ad hoc projects.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and corporate secretarial providers.
• Handle GST, corporate tax and statutory compliance for Singapore and Malaysia.
• Manage monthly payroll and statutory contributions for Singapore and Malaysia employees.
• Handle HR administration, including employee records, leave, attendance and benefits.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee-related matters.
• Manage MOM work pass applications, renewals, transfers and cancellations.
• Address employee enquiries and support the resolution of HR-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and statutory requirements.
